The nightmare journey I took in BMTC

BMTC 505 is my most convenient one to my office since I can board in Electronic city and get down in ITPL. I prefer 8:10 since I have lot of traveling companions and it was my preferred time for me too. I was on the way to my office on 16-September-20010 in the morning, that day I took earlier bus(7:50) then my usual one since I have to reach office early.

I was sleeping in the bus, a sound made me to wakeup and see what is going one --- It was a quarrel between bus driver and a passenger. Passenger had asked to open the door in a signal but driver had refused to open may be because rules are very strict for BMTC driver now and they are not supposed give a stop other then any bust stops.

After some time when bus stop came driver give a stop and opened the door but passenger was not in a mood to get down rather he was very much interested to quarrel with driver --- driver started to drive the bus after closing the door and passenger continued his quarrel with the driver. Quarrel turned to be bit of heated argument and turned to be a physical fight when passenger started literally hit the driver. Driver some how managed to stop the bus and even fight with passenger.

When conductor and some other passenger get involved then quarrel was on a holt for some time. After getting beaten by passenger now driver was demanding to go to police station for the enquiry but passenger was not ready and want to get out of the bus right there. This situation brought another quarrel where driver was demanding to go to police station but passenger want to get out of bus. Driver started to drive the bus to nearest police station and passenger got totally panic and started another fight where he literally pulled driver from the driving seat and put him down in the floor when bus was on the move. I was just shocked "bus was on the move without a driver in it" don't know what to do --- conductor just jumped to driving seat from some place and stooped the bus -- people where just lucky.

The passenger and driver where in real fight in the floor. Some how in the panic situation the door got opened and passenger tried to escape -- driver got hold of passengers bag and his shirt but passenger escaped without shirt and bag. Driver was totally angry and face was totally wounded by fight. Driver waited for the traffic police to handle the situation and send them all to police station from there.

I just managed to take a snap of the situation when traffic police came to handle the situation. I just took another bus from there and came to office -- not sure what happened there after. It was just night mare for me, I still wonder what would have been happened if conductor could not stop the bus -- may be I may not be in a position to write this article.

I am not supporting the driver or passenger but physical fight with driver on the move is wrong way to show some ones anger. This kind of act basically put other passenger life in danger just for nothing. one thing is sure when we travel in public transport we should be adjust to the things and can not expect every thing what we want. My sincere request to every traveller never get into quarrel with drivers -- don't know what will happen. "I think I was just lucky not to be victim of another persons anger"

[Feature] Time line based stock pic feature

On a regular basis I spend my time one stock investment, I use deferent online financial products for my stock analysis, some of the online products I use are Google fiancee , rediff money, Stockezy, economic times etc.

Google fiancee: I manage my portfolio and check latest news on any stocks which are of my investment or interest. I find it very useful when start digging for information about any company in a specific time frame. It give most of the things what I want when I have to manage my portfolio in smart way.

Rediff Money: I use this to understand the trend of any particular stock - COLD/HOT. It influence more on my pyramid strategy of stock accusation.

Stockezy: I use Stockezy to check all community stock pics and the discussion on different stocks. I find this as very useful to understand people sentiment on any paricular stock and industry news.

Economic Times: The best place for me to study latest news on industry and market, this is where I spend my lot of time to make my thought to be placed on the fundamentals.

After using all this for some time, I think I am missing one of the very useful feature in all this products. most of the application just list all information to its users. It is left to the users how he want to use the data and analyze it.

As a user bellow mentioned feature I would love to have in my stock product:

Display the details in the timeline based(2D representation of data in ) or at least a search criteria which list all pics which are in current time line of the use.

I will take example of Stockezy stock pic option as a case study:

As of now they just list all pics in a particular sorted order and provide very nice conclusion to the list in the form of Community Sentiment.

My principle data representation:

Any data you present to its user "it is always more effective if you preset it is in the form of visual way"
The first look is the one what most of the user give to your data - how more you feed him in a peasant way that that make him to come back to you
People look for what is the conclusion - not the data

How useful it would be if the same data is laid out in the time line graph - more visual representation of the data result in a better conclusion on your huge data.

When user click on the time line option the product should be put with time line graph and a list of all pics which are in the specific time line, all pics should be arranged one after the other pic in the graph. The deferent color are used to indicate the trend(SELL/BUY) from the user. When user select/move mouse over the graph then show pic specific details and a summery of the user profile.

Advanced feature addition for better use of the feature:

1. Filtering the pics based on the user reputation.

2. Picks specific to prices.

3. BUY/SELL specific listing.

I am eagerly waiting for some day when any of the comply will implement this feature for the betterment of its user.

I was looking for some good internet service who can can give me unlimited data usage with a good speed. After looking at the details about MTS MBlaze I thought it is very useful if they provide what they are claiming.

MTS MBlaze:

- EV-DO based USB modem

- 3.1 Mbps speed

- Internet on roaming.

- Unlimited data usage for 999

Once I called for the connection, a person came for feasibility check in my place. After feasibility check even thought my place is fully under network coverage it is reported that I should get .5 Mbps. Having a .5 Mbps any where with me is definitely useful, so i decided to go for it.

I used the product with default introductory package for some days and enjoyed .5Mbps speed. There after I recharged the 999 Unlimited data usage plan with 30 days validity. After opting for 999 plan I never got more then .2Mbps speed in day time, I could only get .5Mbps after 11.00 PM(sad part is now even in night I don't get this speed).

999 Unlimited faire usage policy:

1. 15 GB usage for 30 days 3.1 Mbps speed

2. If you cross 15GB you are availed with 1x speed

I approached customer support for some help, I sent across a complain to which I got a mail saying they have escalated to concerned team. I waited for some days no solution. It is almost 12 days since I complained about my issue and in this period I have sent lot of reminders to know some update. I have heard nothing solid till now and no updates on the progress.

As of now my conclusion is some thing like this:

MTS MBlaze 999 Unlimited don't have speed what they claim, it is just manipulation of speed from the provider.

Note for any one who is going for MTS MBlaze

1. Never expect what they claim.

2. Poor customer support, you cannot expect any kind of support.

3. Software which don't work on all environments (I have a friend who has Windows Vista and his system crashes when the device is connected).

After my experience with MTS MBlase,I strongly discourage some one to go for it. I have decided to register a costumer complaint on MTS MBlase rather then bare such a poor service and a customer support.

Computation device for $35 from India is it really a JOKE?

After India's Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal has "launched" a $35 computer a lot of talk is going around the media and various people. I am not very sure about the price tag of $35 computer, but India is definitely a good market for economical computational device.

If you look at recent times, India is a hub for low price device manufacturing, TATA nano, Pureit Water purifier (even TATA water purifier), some of the drug and medical equipment manufactures etc are some in number which have made a lot of difference. There is no doubt India is becoming a hub for researching low cost device for the developing country because of cost effective models.

The large internal demand in India is making it more attractive to do some low cost product and run it for some years in domestic market, then bring the product in a better shape to enter some other developing market. It is new trend which is picking up, where companies build low priced products in Indian domestic market, then sell it to large population of Indian customers. It is all about low cost product for mass market.

I was reading different articles and comments with different mind set, I have no comments they all are purely personal. It happened that I read similar topic in Economic times Why India's $35 computer joke isn't funny

I just got very curious with some part of the article which makes me to express my point of view.

1. The Indian government is building up a good track record of vaporware

- It is true, but great success never fall in your way till handle the most difficult situation in the process (Even if you look at the Apple history, they never came with any easy way). Success is all about how best you handle your failure.

2.It isn't about the hardware -- it's about the application and the applications (apps) ecosystem. What will it be used for? Who will make those apps? Where's the developer community? Where is the road map for hundreds of applications?

-I don't think India has any shortfall for developer community, it is just thinking mater - just imagine if every college develops an application for this platform how many applications we can have for it "do you need any better community"?. Student power makes a lot of difference to everything. If I talk about use of this product - who might have thought there is a market for Value added services in telephone industry, if you look today every one are knowingly or unknowingly they use it.

3.Ensure employees have broadband at home and create citizen services delivered over the internet

- It is a concept of affordability and lack of knowledge to use it. This kind of device can make big difference in the every aspect of common man in this country.

If you ask me is it possible to do a $35 computing device in a year time - don't know, but definitely India has a skill set and capability to come up with low cost computational devices to serve Indian customers and make all the difference in the system. It is just mater of great execution.

It was great to know of the companies are looking to make social network as a next generation communication platform. Some of the companies are working on some internal tools to make it simpler and even Microsoft is developing an email package with social media integrated in to it.

I thought for a some time and made me wonder is it really worth to go for social media for corporate comunication? so thought of checking it out with my opinionated twitter group.

Assumption evil of communication

We live with the assumptions. Some of the common statements we find in our life are, He should have asked me, I thought he know this, It is too basic.

We always assume things and work accordingly, when things go bad we say “I thought you know this” – now what is the result? We can only blame…

It happened that Shereesh and Koily where working in one of the assignment. After the completion of the work customer found some major issue in the working. As a typical IT culture the issue went for a postmortem – then an interesting statement came from Shereesh to Koily “You are specialized in that area and I thought you have taken care about it” Now whom to blame? The real culprit is we who build the culture of living with assumptions.

The issue would not have occurred if Shereesh might not have though Koily know it or if Koily would have approached Shereesh for his input rather thinking he don’t know anything about it.

If people start telling what they think (or assume) or approach other for his/her input – then the things will be much simpler. What is that some one will lose if he/she tell what they assumptions ? – it can result in only 2 things, person may tell he knew that or he may tell he don’t know.

The better communicator never assumes - he give at most importance to convey his point other and collect other persons input on the topic. Do you believe you are a better communicator?

After a long time I thought it is time to give the car for a wash, now wash was taking time so decided that I will go home and play some cricket with my friends then take car in the evening. To reach home early I decided to take an auto.

It is my normal routine to talk to auto driver to know some local news. This time when I started my conversation with the auto driver he told "he is new to this auto and it is his part time job". He basically act in Kannada films as a side role Villain -- I thought Interesting

He did his schooling till 10th and he was working in some factory. One day he got an opportunity to act in some movie, to avile this opportunity he left his job in the factory. He did some role in some Kannada movie and now drive auto when he don’t have any movies in his hand.

I was so impressed to know that how people chase their dream and live their life to support it. Since his factory job require full time commitment, he opted to leave his factory job to act in movie. Now he left factory and found an alternate job which matches to his requirement where he can work when he don’t have movie to act – “People chase the dream, no matter how to build the path by moving out the obstacle in the path way”

Big things are made up of the execution of many, many little things"; I wished him all kind success in the industry and paid his auto fair.

The part of the book:
A man dump his seventy yea old father in an old age home declaring him to be a home less stranger; a tribal chief in the Sahyadri hills teaches the author that there is humility in reciving too; and a sick woman remembers to thank her benefactor even as she is dying. These are just some of the poignant and tought provoking stories about people from all over the country that Sudha Murty recounts in this book. From incredible examples of generosity to the cruelest acts one can expect from men and women, she records everything with wry humour and a directness that touches the heart.

My view on the book:
A well written book by Sudha Murty which open our eye to real world that we never seen or some we forgot in our life. After reading this book I call the content as a harsh reality of our life which part of our developing country. A worth book to read.

A well framed typical Pratap Simha’s article, search around for information in the internet and frame the article with his opinion – that’s the article.

Pratap Simha states in this article - every tone of iron mined in Bellary is sold at around 7000 out of which Rs – 22 for government, 150 for mining cost and 600 – 700 bribe and transportation cost. Who don’t know this, you talk to some one from those places you will get more details.

When some one gets down in Bellary, one can see young people of age group 15-25 rooming in motor bike with the mobile in hand. According to Pratap Simha they are the informers of mining lords. Pratap Simha you ever seen around your place? It is very common in every part of India where young generation rooming around with motor bike with mobiles in hand – I don’ know what they do? What is so special about young people in Bellary?

Pratap Simha in his conclusion states that Yeddyurappa don’t take any action and states that he imposed 1000 lavvy on mining trucks – but looks like PS forgot all drama between Reddy brothers and Yediurappa.

I too concerned about illegal mining in Bellary –I always believe that it should be good if steel industry could be setup there, so that India can stop sending raw iron ore rather ship steel product. It known fact, any product as raw cost less and as a end product it values high.. This kind of move will bring lot of employment opportunity and profit to the nation.

I don’t know how far this is true with every one – me or you all are concerned about illegal activity (mining) but who has to take action? We talk and criticize then leave it. I can blame media – media can blame politics it never ends. I know just critics about the topic that’s it not more then that. Pratap Simha do you think you will do some thing other then writing this article and forget about this whole story?

The critics will not change the situation – it is about the action to change the things. If political powers are not taking any action then some one else should have to take the action then we can see some result.

stunnel: creating ssl tunnel through proxy

I was using stunnel to create ssl connection in one of the experimental work. It worked great in normal network setup but failed when there is a proxy setting.

After searching for some time in Google I used a patch which I could find in stunnel home page, since patch was for older version of the code I used its respective source version and applied the patch and tried to use it no help - it failed. I did all kind of proxy configuration in proxy server no change in the result.

Since proxy support nothing to do with platform since it works over HTTP. Did some more study in the internet for ssl connection through proxy using stunnel and found following link

this states that the latest stunnel version has rewritten the proxy patch and no need to apply any patch, the important thing is the configuration key value entry has been changed.
If you need to support ssl connection through proxy using tunnel then add following entry in the con file

protocol=connect
protocolHost=Proxy IP:proxy port
protocolPassword=password to proxy server
protocolUsername=user name for proxy server

I tried with proxy with ought authentication in Mac OS X 10.6 which works grate, need to check with authentication still looking for the setup to do it.

Thanks for Michal Trojnara posting this detail and his work. If any one is looking for ssl connection through proxy using stunnel no need to apply any patch to do this - proxy is already supported in stunnel.

Who can define rules for Bangalore roads

Its been some time since I moved my self to Bangalore. Most of the time I use BMTC to travel but some time I drive my self - the things in this city making me to think what is the rule I should follow? or is there any rule?

The roads in Bangalore are used by people who walk, who drive in moter bike , Bicycle, car lorry what not? you walk not sure some one will come and hit you, when you drive not sure when some one will cross the road. If there is some kind of pedestrian path never dare to walk in it sine that is used by moter bike and auto wala. If there is a subway to cross the road no one uses it every one want to cross on the middle of the road.

You drive not sure which is the road, every one drives every where, bus stop in the road people drive through bus stops, bus stops on a bus stop then people will drive between people in the bus stop.

If you are on a signal, every one want to go first. When you are on a right side of one way to take a right turn - not sure when some one will go on your right and blame you for not seeing him.

What a great city, Government spends crore on infrastructure development but not sure where the money is really get utilized, it looks like they are only creating the problem rather improving the infrastructure. It looks like people make rules how they want, then blame others not following it. There is a good scope to improve infrastructure but people make existing system worse.

Hope some day people who walk and drive use some kind of better discipline to make our life better.

If every one stop criticizing and work on improving things - life will be much better in Bangalore roads. It is our Bangalore - who else to be blamed?

BSNL-IPTV

I have taken BSNL-IPTV to watch TV programs, I had gone for this since I don’t watch much TV and I don’t want to buy any DTH service available. The basic requirement for this is to have a BSNL broadband connection to the BSNL telephone line.

When I first heard about this service I thought I should be able to get this service from BSNL office. When I went to BSNL office and talked about this service with the officials there, they are not ready to give any information, then I realized that BSNL only maintain the network infrastructure but selling has been outsource to a company called as ‘MyWay’. I called MyWay official for further information about this service and then it took nearly 2 weeks to apply for this service and a week for registration.

After registration a representative came home for installation, he struggled for some time to resolve hardware compatibility issue and to configure the router setting. There is a device which need to be configured and connected to the router using Ethernet port.

After the configuration the service do some kind of countdown from 6 to 0 which make you wait for some time before you could watch TV. The usage of the device is not so great, but provide basic channels which I want to watch.

Disappointing things:
- After switching on always wait for some time before you could watch TV
- The demand service is not working. I tried to wtach some movie which where listed free, it never worked.
- Some time the service stop working which make you to restart the device.

Some basic requirement fo this service:
- BSNL broadband connection
- Telephone bill of a month
- 1500/- check

MyWay is giving this service free for 3 months,
For the time being it it is serving my need to watch some news and movie channels. I have decided to stop this service after 3 months.

I am planing to go for TATA Photon TV, they have some very interesting pricing model where I can pay based one number of channels I watch, need to wait and see how that is going to serve my purpose.

What is twitter?

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers. Senders can restrict delivery to those in their circle of friends or, by default, allow open access. Twitter is without a doubt the best way to share and discover what is happening right now.

How is standing today?

Because of this platform people are started to update content in real time. It is more of something like chatting with a friend, in twitter you are talking to the world Internet users. User update information, friends and users read the content.

The platform has come up with a interesting real time search engine, which result what user is talking about search term in recant time. This has brought a totally a revelation to searching concept, till now people are searching indexed documents or pages now people can know what people are talking about the topic in real time. Major search giants like Google and Yahoo are coming up with their own real time search engines.

My concern.

This overall concept can work if people continue contributing to the platform. I see lot of my friends who have twitter account who don't know why they have it or what it does, I am not sure how long they will keep contributing the content. My biggest question is “What will keep some one keep contributing the real time content?”

Presently businesses like customer service is doing good use of this platform in keeping their user engaged and helping them in a real time with a mass audience in mind. A good article how India is using twitter click hear.

According to me there are normally 2 kind successes for a product

1. You make understand its user what is the use of it make a success out of it

2. Make something which users don’t understand what the use is or what they are doing, Make hype around the product and attract users.

According to me twitter is in second a category, this has brought some good content to twitter. The type 2 is only good for initial entry to the market, for long sustainable business they should try to move to second type 1. Next twitters challenge is show some benefits for its customers so that its users will keep contributing to the platform.

There is no question about the use of real time data, the challenge is how to keep its contributor continuing the contribution. If there is no contributor no more real time platform or no more real time based services.

There are so many people who are using twitter actively and contributing content to the platform, maybe I am missing some kind of benefit by contributing content to platform. I welcome any kind of information or thought on this.

Why some banks are still in old age?

Today I had to go to Koramangala BDA complex to pay my BSNL land line bill. After paying bill I was in the process of taking BSNL-IPTV option for which I have to get a DD. Since I could see only 'Syndicate bank' near that place I went and inquired about DD in the bank.

Conversation went something like this:

Me: I need a DD.
Officer: Wait for person x to come.

I waited for some time person x came and sate on his place

Me: I need a DD.
X: If you can wait for half an hour then you can wait and take
Me: Does getting a DD takes half an hour?
X: yes you have to wait for half an hour else you won’t get it

Me: I want to take a DD of 1500, what is the charge?
X: 57Rs

I filled DD challan since I need it badly.

Me: which counter I should pay the amount? (since I did not find the cash counter)
X: you have to pay me, you go and wait I will call you.

There were hardly few people where in the bank, all of them where sitting and waiting some work to be done.

I waited for some time but I don't have any idea when he will call me, no tokens no order god knows what he was doing there. Normally I take DD from Karnataka Bank, which hardly take me 10 mints even if Bank is filled with customers,

I just disappointed and left the place without any result. I did not see any kind of discipline in the Bank. I don't know when this people will change and can expect some better result.

The IISc Alumni Association has come up with a cracker of an idea - it is setting up a 'mentoring system' in which great entrepreneurs will act as mentors or thinkers for students and research scholars, who wish to launch small firms or startups , or turn their research into technology and eventually take the entrepreneurial route in life.

According to Dr K R Srinivasan (man behind the this idea) there will be a website to connect mentor and students/scholar in the first phase of interaction.The mentors will take time out and be personal with students or mentee. They will make concrete suggestion, offer advise, show route that could be taken.

The system will be open to IISc and IIT students, initially. If it turns out positive and productive, it will be extended to engineering college too."

I am not sure how success this will be, but this can some new entrepreneurs. Recently Abdul Kalam told that "India is not looking for employment seekers, it is looking for people who create jobs". This is a good sign that India can see a lot of new companies which will bring new job opportunity.

India was finding IT as a job bucket for some years, lot of new companies built their bases throughout India. Now for any new company there is only very small space left out, this sectore can only can see a any new company if they have any exceptional idea or business model.

In recent time there are lots entrepreneurs are looking as green energy, environment friendly technology, education etc as a new area. This is a good sign that is moving its entrepreneurship away from IT companies. But can any of this sectors give same amount of job opportunity what IT/BPO based industry gave to India?
The number of people come out of colleges are very high. I belie we can only wait and watch which sectors will be so hungry to take such a large number of fresh graduates coming out of college.

It is great to know that people are willing to become mentors and help young students to take a extra mile to become an entrepreneur and see some change in the system.

One of the famous young writer Pratap Simha had commented on Indian IT companies and its employs on his article. His critics says that our IT giants don't do innovation and R&D work, all sectors like banking finance mechanical automobile are now effected by IT driven sectors. I don't know how IT is effected other sectors?

THE WEEK's July 5th edition has a article with Title as "Domestic drive" which has narrated how different is going to be for Indian IT companies to work domestic. In the article they have mentioned that "Infosys Technologies launched the first tailor-made banking software for Indian market, BANC2000, in 1990's. There was nothing wrong with the software ; the Indian banking sector just was not ready for it then."

I think our prominent writer Pratap Simha missed his basic work, is it because he missed out to do necessary study on the facts and figure before commenting on the subject.It is not about implementing it in domestic market, it is the problem with need in the market. Need for any product is not driven by industry rather it is driven by its customer and system.

Pratap Simha say "we don't know what is that they are doing" did you ever tried to know what is that they are doing? He might be using lot of software products and even lot of IT enabled services - do you know who developed them or how they work? It is very easy to comment about things but if you want to know what they do -you should have a interest to know about it.

My small request for our popular writer Pratap Simha, please do a basic study on the topic before you write. At least for your readers, never put your assumptions as your data. I hope to find some great writing in coming days.

ignited minds: APJ Abdul Kalam

I know Abdul Kalam as a scientist and our nations president but this is a first book I have read which he had written. It was my great moment for me when I had a chance to see him when he had come to our college as a president of the nation.

I was just looking for some book to read and saw this book. I thought he always ask to dream so this book might explain how to reach once dream. When I finished it was good moment for me with lot of good details with simple writing. I will put down some of the interesting points in the book with my experience.

The price of any materials will be less when it is raw which will then increase as it molded to products. This is always the case in India, give out raw material and import the product back. In the book he had narrated very insight into this with his experience. Take a example of iron ore we ship this raw materials from our country for very low price which would be priced very high and would have brought lot of job opportunity in the country. Why still raw material is sent out, is it because we don't know to process the raw material? we don't have money to do it? is it because it is not easy to convert raw in to products and sell it to its potential customers? It is true that some are converting raw material in to products but rest just want to be safe and don't want to take risk.

Abdul Kalam narrated another incident in his book where he was doing one of the research in his college, due to some thing he had left with only 3 days to finish. His professor told him "you might not complete the work on time". He then utilised his all time left and completed the work on time, this made me to realise how we use to complete the work when we reach our deadline. I think this makes to every one to utilise their energy very effectively. But it is so happens that every assignment one get is in short schedule. It require a good amount of energy to do work in time constraint, we repeatedly do this and get exhausted by the work. I am sure it would be better to manage once time wisely and prioritise the work in better manner.

It is a good book , I enjoyed reading this. There are lot of examples from his life which are worth reading.

My last day in my first company

I had a wonderful time working in this company, To complete my internship for my MCA on Jan 02 2006 I joined to my company as a intern. After completing my internship work I joined as a employ on 12th June 2006 and worked till my last day in the company which was 17th July 2009. In this period I got opportunity to work on different technology and had a opportunity to work with different people. But I was very sad on my last day at office, I was feeling lonely in the company.

I normally come at office very late but that day I just managed to be in the office by 9.30 in the morning. I went to my place and turned on the system- "No mails", "No assignments", "No Internet". I was just looking around my place where every one where busy in their own assignments - "I can not be part of this friends group any more". I started spending my time by running through all old memory of the events we had, read some of the old mails. This was the moment I never thought I will be - I never realised the involvement I had with people around there.

HR of the company called to complete all reliving formalities which I have to complete, it hardly took an hour or two then back with my old memory thoughts. I had my tea and lunch with my friends but my mind was always feeling lonely. After lunch I spent some time talking with my friends in my workplace, I am sure this is the time to thank all my friends and talk few words in the office.

At the end I have to attend my exit interview of my company and leave as a ex-employ of the company. I am sure I will miss my friends but this is the path I had chosen which I have to take. Whichever path I take in my life no one ever can replace the role of a special person Adarsh who was my Guru for my technical skills and was a good friend who was making his time to listen all my happy and sorrow moment of my life.

Thanks for every one - I have chosen this path to succeed in my dream. I have taken this change in my professional life with a great difficulty, Now I have to do what I want...

Digg algorithm is very complex and very advance. I was just searching for Voila in Digg , the following output made me start looking at dig hack papers.

Why it is so?

Digg user treat new user as spam. So it does not consider the dig counts from the new user for its algorithmic calculations.
Diggs from same IP are discarded.

I am totally confused my self, it is hard for me to do what I like. When I start doing work what I like then I find my self involved into that work which make my stand imbalanced in the rest of the work.

I love to be one who spend lot of time in internet to know what is happening and be front runner there, recently I am spending lot of time in knowing how people do brand marketing using social media and which bring revenue for web 2.0 services(by taking one of the web2.0 app as my case study). Hope I will make some time and write about it soon in my blog. One thing is sure this is a part of area that I like do.

My profession and my interest is in two corner of the world, when I start spending time in my interest I fail to give importunateness to my work. When I try doing my work my interest which make me loose my concentration on my work. I don't think what ever happening in my life is right.

I am spending lot of time figuring out what to do next. should I start thinking on making my interest as my work or never bother about my interest just work what job I have in my hand. Don't know what I will do, but one thing is sure I don't want to be like a confused person; need some solution.

It is Indian mindset where some one is good at some thing ask him to follow some other. I remembered a resent article from Prathap Simha(writer in Vijaya Karnataka news paper) who writes "Bethale Jagathu" column. Resently he had written about Infosys "Why infosys did not become Microsoft, Apple or Google, Infosys just stayed as contractor did not penetrated to product devision". I don't know why people like the company which brought IT revolution in India has to become a Product company? Why it can not stand as it is. Just blame and just finish your work.

It is people who just decide how other should be not what he like. I Don't know what is right, should I be giving importance to what I like or the things am doing? It is hard but I have to decide what I have to be, might be pain full but can not help. I am just trying to finding a final path for my journey of my life.

Every one want to talk about twitter. Who might have thought this kind of micro blogging would have been a such success. Now every one want to be a part of twitter community.

The creator of twitter drooped out from college once he find it as wast of time, he want to work.

In 1994 he started his first company with his dad that produced CD-ROMs and a video on how to use the Internet. After its failure he worked in O’Reilly Media for some years. In 1999 started blogger and sold it to Google in 2003 and then 2 years worked for Google.

Twitter was side project in his Odeo a podcasting company, in 2007 when he sold odeo Twitter became independent company.

It was a micro blogging platform for its users, now its creator trying to give a better experience in its search by searching what Google doesn't give.

Google looks back at what documents have been produced and can be surfaced, while Twitter looks back at what was said on a given topic. Twitter search result is not what is written in a document, its about what people talk.

But Twitter is criticized by lack of revenue model for its business. Recently Twitter VC added a fresh $35million in to twitter and stated that "We know how we're going to do it(get revenue out of it), and we're very confident about how we're going to do it, and it's not necessarily in our interest to tell people how we're going to do it." Sounds interesting.

In a latest development after Facebook now Google tried acquiring twitter but twitter stands independent. I am very positive about twitter, presently enjoying its live search. Waiting to know is there going to be a breath taking new revenue model then the one we seen in todays internet world.

Where is web2.0 users

What is a success of web2.0 app/service? for a end user if every one started talking about it then it is a front runner. Hope it would be so simple to all web2.0.

Indian users are very active in Orkut facebook, in.com etc, hay then why don't all online portals start as a web2.0?is it possible? I am not joking every player want to be in web2.0. Even though there is no proven revenue model for web2.0 other then advertisement that they show in the page and paid users. Can every one make use of this revenue model and run the show?

Getting right users to your list is a big job for any web2.0 portals. Indian users usage pattern is driven by entertainment and fun, this helped orkut facebook or in.com to get active people into their list. This is not only case with internet, even in mobile-VAS based service's Indian users use entertainment based service, the major revenue for mobile network provider is based on entertainment based VAS.

There is good sign where Indian users will start using service for other types too. Now other service is not in its full popularity, so I was wondering where service provider will find right people and how? I am very sure it is not my concern, this is what big players are working now. Startups can't spend too much on marketing but need quality peoples.

For my study I was comparing Stokezy with MoneyVidya in-terms of user activity, density, quality etc. Stokezy started its service and it is in Beta which made it be in the track. I feel moneyvidya is in its Alpha where they have to go extra mile to be in the race.

I have some suggestions for moneyvidya might be use full.

-- Attracting active contributes from news sites, they can look for people who write comets actively news site. The users who contributes in news sites use to have a good quality data since they read good article and discuss. My view is keep interacting with them in news sites and give link to moneyvidya. This serve duel benefit, you understand contributer then spread your service awareness in the internet.

-- Go to some professional sites like LikedIn and bring users involvement to moneyvidya. They can use poll, questions even discussion in groups. Most tech who are the most contributers to the services use to spend time in these sites, this not only attract attention but even build awareness of the service in the users there.

-- MoneyVidya has features like poll, Q&A discussion make it public, I mean to say allow users to read the content without login. It will bring good attention to moneyvidya. I see most of the users who contributes use to have blog site or even active in other sites, this feature allow them to share in all the place where they go.

There is nothing like small or big player, they need visibility and need their presence every where.I it is very impotent that you make a presence of your service in right place and right time. I understand end of the day its matter of executing the things.

I have started to use this, I think it really adds some freshness to Google search results pages. Not only do you get the web pages that have been indexed by Google, but also relevant twitter conversations that are happening right now. One day I think we may see Google release something like this, but until then there is the Twitter Search Results on Google Greasemonkey script.

I had a nice discussion with Tushar. It is my fantasy towards new functionality and usability study brought me some idea which might be useful to Stockezy which is a social investing community designed to connect Indian stock market investors.

I started with my conversation with Tushar on following 3 ideas.

--Profile widget on blog or site: Option so that user can create simple HTML widget which shows their picks or performance or their profile etc to be embedded in to their personal blog or site. This is very use full to show their performance or their interest in their blog. Good marketing for service providers, who ever come to read his or her blog or site get attention about this site.

-- Relevant news for each stock: When user go to any stock page user would like to get only news relevant to that stock. company news, compatriots news etc.

-- Personal discussion group: Have a environment where a small group of people should virtually form a team and start discussing about the different topics.

Case study: A group of people want to discuss about different stocks. each member discuss and bring up analysis on the stock. Some people can make their discussion public and some make it as private(private can be charged).

He was very responsive and gave me insight knowledge of their feature status to me though I was a unknown person for him. I am sure they will be a big player in coming days. After my online revenue model for online gaming I started spending time to learn user involvement and its value for the community with some skills in viral marketing. This resulted me with following two features.

-- App in orkut: I see Stockezy have given an option to share links in most of the social media but orkut is missing in the list. I think orkut does not have a feature to support link sharing concept(please correct if I am wrong), since orkut is very popular and even better known then facebook in India I think it could have at least some app in orkut.

-- option to link the news, picks or opinions to my portfolio: Every one can not keep monitoring every stock in the industry, so I pick some stock as my preferred and some I buy. I keep reading about news and article about them in different media channels but no way to keep track of it. I should be able relate my stock(news opinion any thing is link end of day) and add relevant details(kind of categorizing the data I got to my requirement). After adding when I go to my profile and select any of the stock it puts up with my stock transaction page, I like to get list of my book mark with details should be listed for my referenced stock.

If I select DLF there and I have added some links related to DLF, some for its sector etc or event some picks user did on it should be listed for me.

Note: advantage of this

1.Stockezy can make out user interest

2.Categories the news in a better manner for machine learning.

3.It can be shared between different friends in the network.

Tushar told me orcut app is in their though process but they are giving importance to Stockezy service improvement. This was a eye opening one for me, I always wondering with my 80% bounce rate for my blog when I used Google analytic. I always market my blog every where but nothing better content for the user.

It was a nice time for discussing different things. I am sure my reader will find some interesting things in coming days.

Satyam is in the process of taking its second birth

After such a drama now Satyam will under go Bidding. According to a source associated with the process, the Satyam board which met today in Hyderabad, is understood to have discussed the proposal and would approach market regulator SEBI on Monday on the pricing issue with regard to both preferential as well as open offer routes.

After getting the green signal from the market regulator, the Satyam Board would issue Expression of Interest (EOI) to the prospective bidders, the source said. According to the source, the investment bankers during their presentation said it would be better for the company to dilute 51 per cent equity, which should include 31 per cent preferential equity and 20 per cent open offer, to a strategic investor.

Even though the sector is finding it difficult to maintain its growth, Stayam lost some customers, some have failed some law suite , customers are looking for non Indian based IT firms for the service, etc, every one are showing interest in getting to be big player.

I was thinking why Indian internet service providers still give data in the form of simple HTML. How ever India is in the top of its user base for orcut. why still internet service is not in web2.0? I was doing study on web2.0 penetration on Indian market, is it really going to be use full for Indian market. Since till date most of the service provider could not make much of its presence in terms of revenue for its service they give as web2.0 service.

I am interested in stocks, I use some of the service most of the people use. Twitter affection made me look for some feed for stock picks, this lead to me into stockezy. When I started using stockezy I found one more service moneyvidya. They both are new service providers who provide their service in web2.0. Person who was doing study on web2.0 in India got chance to use a web2.0 app for his interest stock.

Stockezy:
I never seen some thing this kind of service before. This is parity nicely built and a good user involvement for its beta stage.

Following are some of the services it give:
-- Twitter feed to update with the things happening.
-- Option to submit news and option to discuss this with community.
-- Stock picks with community review.
-- Portfolio with user past performances.
-- Internal twitter feed for every user.
-- Community tweet internally(white board kind of things).

Till now I enjoyed this service.

This is more or less depicts moneycontrol. This is parity nicely built but less user involvement as it is in alpha stage.

Both of this services are missing some of the feature which can be very use full for this kind of services.

Satyam is in the process of taking its second birth

India's 4th largest IT firm suffering from its management scandal. The day when scandal stricked to public its share value started to deteriorate to its bottom value 6Rs a share, every one was wondering what is next?

Government had come for its rescue by reacting to the incident. It appointed new team of broad members to continue the smooth functioning of the things. Government was planing to give bailout to Satyam which dropped in later stage, now it is planing to give $400 million deal where Satyam has to work with BSNL and Indian Railway. I don't have idea how much it will help it.

Things are changing some of the company's are showing interest in overtaking it. In the Race L&T is the first in the line up which is very keen to overtake or support it. Even L&T had give a high level presentation to new board members on its planes. Now iGate, Spice etc are also showing interest in the game.

I don't know what will be the end result of the happening but the employs there might have seen some hardest time in their life. All day news providers talk about Satyam, online community write what not, they might be answering some of the most difficult query of their customers, they will be worried what is going to happen, over that they might be hearing from common public all sort of query which they might not be able to answer. Any way heads off to Satyam employs.

It is good to know it is getting a $400 million and some of the company or even some financial institutes are showing interest to support it but my major concern on this are like this

-- Now Satyam will find it very difficult to get new contract in todays market condition. Sympathy will not work, it should have some action.
-- Some of the existing customers are planing for alternate solutions it will be big issue for them to retain existing customer.
-- The legal issues it has to work to stay in the line.
-- I am still wondering what is the depth of the scandal. So I am still waiting to know what is the actual balance sheet look like.

There is a place and content what next? is this going to work in India?

-- Is relay our politician are going to give importance to the community voice, till now who did care about people only in election time. Can this bring some change?

Till now most of internet services give data and we use it, if we start using web 2.0 how we will become data provider and data consumer.

The online gaming industry is targeting a large user base who spend good amount of time in internet. As of now the major revenue for online games is generated by advetismeant that one displays in his site, paid user and price tagged download able games. Due to the unavailability of higher bandwidth for a low budget users, making some of the major players to look for alternate options like distributable CD's.

I understand the concern of users going out of gaming site due to the links they provide in their sites. This is a one of the biggest problem with pay per click business model. My idea does not work as pay per click, its different. I don't blame any one but every one think online advetismeant as just pay per click, its understandable by its popularity.

My Idea revolves around large user base who use online games actively who can be a part of generating large revenue for this industry. Even my idea will help to attract more users to start as an active user in this platform.

The revenue from the add is mostly depend on how much user give his/her importance to it, so my Idea will make user to start using adds on his/her own interest and become a brand ambassador.

Idea:
Instead of looking at game as a revenue model I am looking for users in online game industry. User comes regularly and plays different game there for revenue or just for casual purpose. My idea will promote users to become as a brand ambassadress by associating adds to users which will internally generate revenue for the industry.

Conclusion:
It is a different world of advertisement in internet. Add per click gives revenue and visibility but it works only if user give impotence to it. It is not a matter of just user click it but it is how you build brand out of this. Internet is filled with information but it is difficult to reach people. So instead of people promoting the business, let business promote people which internally promote the industry.

Nothing goes without innovation. People always look for some thing new, it is all matter of who gives it. World is looking at us it is time to show some thing new.

My all wishes to great Indian legend Anil Kumble for his wonderful life after his success full cricket life.

It is time for Australians to make some noise in cricket. They are back with their mind games, 3rd test was a frustrating test match for them. They already lost a match in the series.

I don't know Gambire did elbowed to Watson deliberately or not but he had find it as guilty and baned for next match. The person who provoked all drama fined only 10% of his match.

If some one can find Gambire as guilty then why he can not make out Katich blocked Gambire deliberately. As per my cricket understanding bowler cover the stumps when batsman start taking run, here he was standing in front of batsman and blocked batsman.

It was not over, on last day when Laxman was bating, Jhonsan started using his game. Ahead of lunch Jhonsan after every bowl he bowled he use to go and tell some thing to batsman. If he has so much to say why don't he tell what he told there?

This is nothing but shameless cricket from them, when they can not win then just use this tricks to make things on their way. I think we can rename the game as Australian cricket rather then gentle mans Game.

People who writes they keep writing, people who fail to write they just pretend to be a great writer, people who can write well never writes, some just try to find mistakes in others etc. nice one...

Writer continued his narration by taking an example of a writer who writes but no one can read his article other then prof reader. I am luck I am not in that industry, if I was there I would have been like person who writer talked.

I have been observing this kind of behavior in my work place. I think it is a life every one do the same thing. Some just keep doing the work who run the show(some one has to do the work). People who just find mistakes in others plays role of feedback to work, this is how people take it up some take it as suggestion and work on the area since those people just give negative comments. Some people who can do the work but never do it but still work place need resource who can execute the work in need basis here manager plays a mejeor role to make him work.

I don't know whether my observation is correct, people are different in individual by nature, attitude or as a person. I am very sure most of the individual never be happy with thing around they always find some kind of wrung in the things. Its a matter of people mind set, what they like.

I think non of the industry can have a system to work in a ideal condition but all planning works as per ideal condition since every thing driven by people. People think in their own context. Let us say, employ never happy with employer if you ask him to run the business he wont, if you ask employer they always unhappy about employ if you ask them to be a employ then they wont.

It is interesting, we all live in this world because of the difference in individual. If every thing is ideal they there is nothing to run the show.

I have been reading e-news paper from livemint, I can call it as a morning work where I spend time to know about what is going on in business world. I hardly find time to check their all section.

Yesterday I was checking some of unexplored area of livemint. One of the section I explored was their blogging.here they gave me an introduction to proto.in.

proto.in is a startup showcasing event found by Vijay Anand. On July 18-19 they have organized their 4th edition of their startup showcase event in IIT Dheli. Ex- nasscom chairman Kiran Karnik kicked off the event. I have been reading articles which states that Indian IT icompany's strugle and idea for its exestence. i thought why don't spend some time to know more.

This is a great experiance when tried to know what happend in the starutup showcasing event. Insted of writing every thing I am going to write abstarct and provide some link to explore further.

After watching Dasavatharam- the so called magnum opus of the year- an ardent fan of Kamal Hassan will ask why indeed it is called a magnum opus in the first place. Why was all the hype, tension, cases, expectations and unnecessary expenses wasted on this average film. Once again, Kamal fails to attract Tamil audiences with his own script.

My side of review:
For me movie was a totally disgusting. I know Kamal Hassan is a great actor, that does not make a movie. Personally I believe movie has targeted to Kamal's and Tamil movie fans, It is my biggest confusion do any Kamal's fan has any kind of doubt on his talent? Its proven, movie just highlights only Kamal's acting talents.

I don't say I am right, people do have their interest and why they are watching it. I go for movie for entertainment. I was searching for the relation between movie content(I can't say as a story) and its tital "Dasavatharam", hahaha funny never forget to tell me if some one could find some.

It is good to know that Indian movie industries are started using technology in an extensive way to give some special effects. It is really a good sign for the animation industry in India. There are lot of company's are on this, even some are started working on Gaming industry too. Good sign for creative designers.

I think Kamal targeted to the peoples not like me. I am expecting some good movie even to people like me from Kamal. My request to Kamal to look out side Tamil Nadu, you have fans even out side there. I do agree that it was great acting, but don't do movie for just to show Kamal's acting.

The topic Padmapriya with her controversy and gossips where the subject for coffee brake discussion for a week in our office. The major part of your narration Pratap did in his article I do agree, I just want to put my view on this topic.

Media has the major role in this controversy:

I personally believe the media playas a major role in exploiting the topic. The 24/7 news channels like tv9 they just want to attract viewers and need content to be published. To do this they just drag what ever news they get. People just believe what ever they see and read in the news and start discussing in their own way. This is not first time this happened even some cases Pratap has listed listed in his article article, the sad part of this is the persons who are responsible to drag the story they don't drag the news when convicted is set free. People those who are blind followers they use to know only initial version of the story even if the case say convicted is free they will say “the case has been closed with money power”.

This is why I believe media has the major role in this controversy. One media channel can spoil hole group of people, the mistake that what media do can not be corrected in the public. I personally believe media should not talk like people who talk with gossips instead they should take care of this topic in their news when they provide.

Personally I don't know what is true and even it is a private life details. Since every one have their private life and I don't have privilege to talk about others private life. Thanks for one more good article....

Pratap Simha talks about Steve Jobs

He is the one of the young and popular writer in Vijay Karnataka which is a Kannada newspaper. I hardly notice editorial section of this paper but one of my relative who gave me Pratap's book Bethale Jagathu, it was really eye opening content and writing style from Pratap. After knowing value in Pratap's writing I never want to miss any of Pratap's article which he writes.

On every Saturday's edition Pratap writes a column, this time it was about Steve Job's life story. This articles most of part are taken from Steve Jobs speech that he had give in Stanford University. This covers the topics like how Steve Job started apple, what makes him to go out of the company and how he achieves his success.

Some of the quoted sentences are listed bellow:

Thanks to Pratap for remanding me one of the article I had read some time back and a special thanks to wonderful conclusion out of the article. The conclusion is follows If some one like Steve Jobs who did not go to college can build such a innovative product world then why people take their life by hanging themselves for the reason that they did not got good marks, instead why cant one can take it as a challenge? My side of review:
To be frank I find it as an average movie, there I don't find any strong story other then great dialog delivery and an insight look on present politics we find. Thanks for good ending.

But I am happy I am managed to find some valuable inputs to improve my personalty. I find it interesting how Abhishek Bachchan talks in the movie and even his personal guards style of his presence. I find it more or less it matches to personality on need to have in corporate life.

Its my personal observation my be biased since I like Bachchan movie. People who liked Sarkar they will enjoy this too.

A Prisoner of Birth

It is my second book by Jeffrey Archer, that was not a "Penny more not a penny less" which I had read long time back.

This book narrate a very interesting story where innocent Dany charged for killing his friend and sentenced imprisonment for 22years. Jeffrey Archer has written superbly how Dany escape from jail and take his revenge. I find it interesting when Jeffrey puts some light on investment strategy based on real estate.

The art of presenting in a right way is one of the content of the book I liked most. This is mater of effectiveness in communication, I always trying to find some useful material to master this quality, Jeffrey has given some valuable inputs to work. Thanks Jeffery for valuable inputs here.

It is my one of the favorite book, this is making me to read some other books written by Jeffrey.

IPL. Is that every one want?

I am big fan of Cricket. It is IPL time here in India where players from all around the world are part of this. According to BCCI; IPL is going improve the domestic cricket talent in India by giving an opportunity to local players to play with international players.

Intensions are good, but it is sad but I believe things are just mater of business, money and power. Yes I am talking about Vijay Mallya's statements and his behavior, I don't want talk about business tycoon Vijay Mallya's strategy. I am writing this not say what right and wrong, it is my sincere try to know whether Vijay Mallya has give the respect to Daravid in the public that he has to give.

When tournament started there where lot of critics around Bangalore Team which called the team as a test playing side. I believe it is a part of the life where every one has a right to have their strategy for the game, that's why world is like this some one get success and some are not. I guess things got worse when team lost badly in their opening match with Kalkutta team.

Even after some matches team did not bounced back from the bottom of the league table. I agree that this is a concern for Vijay Mallya who a has invested millions in to build the team. I don't know this is right or wrong Charu Sharma got sacked and a strong public statement where he shown his confident on his team and its captain. It was really a shocking statement from Vijay Mally when He started blaming Dravid for all problems.

I don't know what to say about Vijay Mallya who even own a team in F1 Force India which was bought the F1 former team Spyker. I guess he don't have any problem with driver and car selection to blame. It is very surprising since Vijay Mallya don't have any issues by staying his Force India team in the bottom of the league table.

It is true that things are not going in the right direction for Bangalore team. I am very sure Dravids silence convey us allot, it is all a matter of gentle mans style. I believe things will be better for Dravid and for his team.

It is my mistake; that I did not applied for my passport. When I was in college it is my lazy nature which made me not to apply for it, when I am in company I was busy with my assignments for certain time when I was out of my assignment I meat with an accident.

Now I decided that I should have my passport, but I was confused where should I be applying it from; in Karnataka state where I work or Kerala where I am born and brought up.

I decided to lets try from Karnataka where I work; but there I faced issue with my address documents. My all address documents are from Kerala state so in Karnataka they are not going to accept it and they insisted me to apply from Kerala. So I decided to apply from Kerala.

Since I work in Karnataka I want to know the details I need to disclose when I apply from Kerala. I went to passport office in my native, according to them I have to produce company address and its identity card as a prof for my details and my native address documents need to be produced and I can apply only on week days (Monday to Friday).

So I took off to my work on 12th(this week Monday) and went to passport office in my native to apply my passport application. Had all my documents and application filled with details. It looks easy I thought but I never though there is some thing bad waiting for me. Would you believe now they are asking me to apply from Karnataka since I work there. I don't know what to say; I had tried in Karnata they did not accepted my application and I had inquired about details and they where ready to accept but now when I apply they say they have the role not to accept if one work some where else.

I don't want to come back after so much work, I tried to convince the officials there in office, they say it is going to be a problem for me. At the end they asked me to talk to head off the office to take their permission. I took their head office number, it was good experience where I could connivance them saying they should take my application.

I don't know am I going to get my passport so easily or I have to keep applying my application in all states. Hope things will not so bad. It is my sincere request to the government authority please tell me where I have to apply my passport application.

Weekend

I don't know why I don't give importance to family relation, I never spend much time with any family member or attend functions in family. I am very sure I am doing something wrong here.

One of my friend was getting married on 18th. Now I can't miss it; he is my good friend, took live for the work and went to attend marriage. It was very nice time where I could meet a lot of my old friends, relatives and some known faces. It was good time where I spent time talking to them.

After marriage I supposed to go to my native, due to communal clash in Kasaragod(my native) there where no transport facility to go to my native, so I opted to go to some of my relative houses.

I started by visiting my uncle in Putture, I guess it was surprise for them since I was there after a long time. It was IPL inauguration day, after inauguration function Royal Challengers play against Kolkata Tigers, I was just disappointed by the match.

Next day after lunch I went to Sullia. There I went to my cousins dental clinic and watched Chennai Vs Mohali match and waited for my cuisine.

After different weekend I came back to Udupi. It was a long time since I could spend my time like this. Some time we have to start to find beginning, nothing works if I don't start some time...

It was couple months back, I was reading an article in businessgyan, Livemocha a language learning tool now they are running their R&D center in Delhi.

I was looking for some good tools to improve my English, which tend me to have a try in Livemocha.

Tool provide one with default set of courses to start with. I started working on one the courses listed to me.

To improve my English I need to have a community who can help me, so I started to build a community there. This is the beauty of the tool where one work on his course and submit his exercise so that other can review and rate his exercise.

Its a just a beginning where I could find some good friends and building good contact. Its a very good experience for me and I am looking ahead to improve further. Thanks to Livemocha team

Last weekend stock market index fall down, experts where pointing towards the 7% inflation rate which was a 3 years high.

What is an inflation? It was not a big deal to find a definition, go to Wikipedia give the term.
“Inflation is a rise in the general level of prices over time. It may also refer to a rise in the prices of a specific set of goods or services. In either case, it is measured as the percentage rate of change of a price index “

Is that so simple? I would have been glade to know that it is so simple. The questions started accumulating in my mind; who control inflation rate? What factors effects the inflation rate? Who suffer if inflation rate goes up and down? Etc....

As an end user my pocket get emptied much faster when ever I do for buying some thing, my dad say that profit margin is decreasing in agriculture sector, Is it not interesting what is going on?...

I was reading an article other day; The article states that the government solution to fight inflation by stopping export of those commodities which are effected by inflation is a short solution. It is not a mater of India alone who is facing this problem, every country is a effected by this. Government is bothered only with food price, where petrol, metal precise are also hitting the sky.

There was a good debate on that article; One of the person say If Government allow export it will increase the profit margin for framers, government need not give subsidy to farmers. It is great idea but I have no hop on its practicality. Another one say Thai framer is grading the land on price soar.

My view on the topic is with article. I too believe the government solution to stop export will not solve the problem, government has to find a solution how it can increase the quantity of production. Inflation is all about change in consumption and production ratio. The thing is government has to come up with a solution or help farmer to grow in a large quantity and have a system to use extra to produce petroleum product, it is all mater of good infrastructure.

I am trying to know more on this and every one are welcome for a debate.

The watchdog as underdog a interesting article from Indian Express, where they call them as a watchdog and known as underdog in the industry.

The statement I got interested “the crunch in quality man power in the journalism” and desperation from journalist Aditya Sinha by saying “I have been repeatedly startled at English Literature graduates who, as job-seeker cannot even write a letter to a friend(tell me, what could be a simpler test to pass?)”. I never thought that they too have a crunch in quality. It is hard to realize that most of the Indian industries are facing crunch in quality of man power.

Its always debatable who is the culprit. Education system which is trying make the system easy(ex:- 60% of mark is from objective question – Detroit quality of writing in basic education) or is it industry which is missing to campaign the quality it is expecting from its man power or even an individual not interested etc. Its funny that every one know that there is some problem with the system but sad part of it is every one show finger to some one but not finding a right solution. Its time to work together to give the result.

It is very important that I too a part of this critics, even now I cannot write proper sentence. Its hard to believe my self that I did not put up my standard I suppose to show even after putting a constant effort on improving it. I was reevaluating my process on my practice work and even my actual problem, that made me to find some interesting details. I was knowing that I fail to write proper sentence but I find it as it was my mistake where I missed to identify that my fundamentals where not proper. I am talking about basic grammatical aspect of the language(noun, verb, adverb, adjective). This mistake use to make me to form a wrong sentence or even when review it I failed to identify the grammatical mistakes in them. I am happy that I could understand mistake know its time to work on it.

Australian side is playing with extra eleven. Hay don't think I am talking about their fielding ability, its about their politics(psychological) game or extra support they find from rest of the officials in the ground.

When I was small or even till recent time most of the people say Australians play with more then 11 players in the ground, it was the great credit for their great fielding. I really admire their great professionalism it the field.

Don't think that I am talking about old says here. It is just result of folding of bad decisions from umpires and drama from Australians. I don't want list all of them but one that mad me sad is Ganguly's second innings result.

Mach statistics will say Ganguly c Clarke b Lee . I think it is not that the bad decision that mad me so sad, its psychological game Australians used there. It was not clear that catch was taken clearly or not. Umpire would have been asked side or third umpire who are responsible to give decision. Instead of asking other umpires he preferred to ask fielder.

I find it very interesting from Harsha's side of discussions – how can an umpire go with a decision of a person who's credibility in the match was its self in a questioning. I don't know how can a umpire think Ricky as a definitive to make decision.

Mistake do happen but when all direct to one side , I find it very sad.

My sincere request to Ricky ponting if it happened that you read this post some day “please give a thanks to three umpires who where responsible for the match decisions” perpetual record always going to say that Ricky' squad equaled Steves 16 consecutive victories in Test Cricket, but sad you don't find any reference for intricate support you got from umpires for it.

Its just my opinion, how I find the match. Kumble I just admire your team effort and a special thanks for your great innings.

Movie industry has been given out products for entertainment, life etc. I use to have penchant for movies in my college days. Now totally devoid of movies, no interest to spend time on it or may be I don’t find a movie of my interest.

I had been to movie theater was Dhoom2 (Hindi movie). I never tend to watch any of the movies now; my interest is a bit different category.

This is now Amir’s movie, it’s not his acting that makes me tend to watch his movies, that’s the verity he brings in his movies. This is the movie I was looking for a long time, so that I can spend my time to watch it. It’s great movie that one cannot miss.

This may not target to audience who are looking for normal action, dances or BhayGeri etc. This is pure creative movie that included that one could find in a society. Each and every small part of the daily life that on could find is included in the movie is the best part of the movie.

As movie review states story start with life of a boy Ishaan who was suffering from dyslexic. The inclusions of very normal incidents one can find in schools or even society are the part of the movie.

I don’t want to narrate more on this, I want to say one thing never miss a movie like this. If you are the one who want to foster good movie then don’t use pirated copy of the movie.

If we need to find a good movie, we have to bolster “Taare Zameen Par” kill piracy for it, do justice for good movies.

The book is nicely written and depict necessity of Indianecss in the business. It explore the inner capability of Kishore Biyani who filled with great creativity.

The book start with the life and environment where kishore has grown. Then book starts to narrate about how creative Kishore use to stand different in his joint family. The initial business experience he had when started with textile industry.

Five Point Someone: What Not to Do at IIT

This one book I read recently, one of my friend(Ramya) who had liked this book and introduced me to this book.

This is a story of three students Hari(the narrator), Alok and Rayan, the four year life they had spent in IIT.All three where top scorers in the college then they joined IIT. The book has been narrated very nicely what things made them to be Five point some one on IIT.

This is my first ever Indian authored book(novel) I had read. I am happy that I could understand the character. This might be due to the culture I bound to.

To me this book was average it does not make me board as such, but gave me some memory from my Bsc in ujire.

I am not a IIT student or not even a find me as a student with good academic records. Incident in the book may not be common in IIT but it is common in college where I did my studies.

The book gave me glimpses on the days when I was in BSC. I had a very bad academic records which use to make my parents to come over to college to attend counsellings.

Might be the age make this kind of incidents. When ever I make some time and try recovering the memory of the college days, it is funny for me.

The book is good to read and could find old memory each one hand in their college life.

Picnic to St. Mary's Islands

This is my second visit to St. Mary's Island. Island is located near Udupi, malpe. Last time I had been there with my college friends that was my college days, but this time it is with my office friends.

Morning we left at 10 AM. and reached malpe around 11 AM. The beauty of the place does not restrict to the place, the journy the one need to take to reach there with the help of boat. Journy in the boat takes around 30 mints to reach there, its a good experience to take journey in sea. It is not first time I could make a chance to take journey in see, last time when I had bean to Rahul's house I had a chance to make journey through fishing boat. To reach island we have to take a journey in a bigger boat which has a capacity to carry more than 30 members, Bigger boat can not go near shore so when we reach near island we have to change the boat in middle of the sea to a smaller boat.

The island is a more of rocky and with some huts built around some places . Every boat arriving there will give an hour to spend there, but there is another option which would allow some one to stay there for more time and catch another boat which comes later. We had packed all food so that we can spend some more time then an hour. We just moved to one of the hut there so we can find some shad to save our energy for our day.

We had volleyball with us and we started to play around with that for some time. Then we played some games to spend some time there. Then had our food there what we had carried with us. After food we moved near sea shore and sate for some time and started playing foot ball. We lost our enargy very soon due to the hot sun at that time. We found some shad in a corner of the shore and took rest there.

When time is 3PM some people thought to go back and some not. It is pretty difficult to decide what to do. We decided to vote for the decision. There where very few people out there who want to return back but it ended in a very strange, the number of people want to go back was more.

We returned from island and went to malpe beach, the time we reached malpe sun was bit cooled out and we could play some football and volleyball in our way. Then we spent some time in beach and moved to restaurant there in malpe. We had some some food and returned back.

It was great time after a very busy work schedule which makes us to stay in office for a long time.

24/7 news channels normally find difficult to get sensational news to attract people towards them. I think last week is a good time for news channels. A hot cricket topic Dravid dropping from upcoming series and drama in Karnataka politics BJP trying to form government in Karnataka with JDS support.

Dravid known as great wall of India dropping from the team mad a good attention, after Dravid resigning from his captain post in last series. Dravid was playing in the team when Australia came India and could not performed in the series which cosed him out of playing eleven in last match there.

I like Dravid bating, the way he evolved as a cricketer is a great one. The time when Dravid came to international cricket he was great technical cricketer but he use to take a good amount of time to settle down, which was the concern for his 50 over matches. As time changed he improved himself and become a great batsman for number 3. Dravid may not be a kind of aggressive batsman who can come and hit sixes, but he can bat with 100 strike rate without large number of sixer and fours. I think it is a great bating since players who are poring sixer and fours are not consistent.

This might be a bad time in Dravids cricket carrier, he is capable of bouncing back as a star. What ever politics going on; off the field, this will not effect Dravids bounce back. I can say there may be players who can give victory in 20/20 cup they failed to show performance in home series against Australia. All the players may be good but they are not capable of replacing Dravid.

Configuring GTalk in Ubuntu.

I never thought I will be missing GTalk in Linux. I was wondering how I can replace this with other tools.

I felt happy when I found Gaim to be pre installed in Ubuntu. I had read a lot about Gaim, one of the leading open source messenger tool, but never had time to use the tool.

Configuration was very straight forward one, it provide with most of the features GTalk has.
Some very useful features I would have been missed:
- New mail notification
- Very quick look to know who are online.

Some uneasy things due to gTalk:
- Sad part I am not able to use file transfer operation if he is in Gtalk.
- There is some sort of sync problem when inbox is open in browser.
I am waiting for this operation to handle very soon or to find gTalk for Linux.

Fix the Resolution Problem in Dell Inspiron 640m(ubuntu)

I was just felt a bit distracted by lower resolution which Ubuntu had provided when I installed it. I just searched for some help in internet. Here is the solution I found in the net.

The laptop has a widescreen monitor, but the resolution was set to 1024x768, giving it a stretched out look. This is a commonly reported issue for Ubuntu in general, but I was surprised to see it on the factory model. Another early purchaser told me he selected the Nvidia card option, and had no resolution issues.

Anyway, the fix for the intel card (well-reported on the forums) is to install 915resolution. You can do this through System : Administration : Synaptic Package Manager, or via the command line:

sudo apt-get install 915resolution. (this work fine for me)

(There is a specification entered for installing 915resolution by default with Intel graphics.)

Alan Pope reports an alternate fix, of installing the xserver-xorg-video-intel driver:

sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel

The -i810 driver is being obsoleted by the Xorg folks in favor of the -intel driver. The -intel driver is still relatively new, but is under very active development. Gutsy will be shipping both the -i810 driver and the -intel driver, but -i810 will probably be moved to legacy eventually.

NDISWRAPPER for Dell Inspiron 640m

I am using Ubuntu for my laptop. After installation I am not able to configure wireless card to access internet. Read some lot documents and tried some stupid ideas, could not find any solution.

One of my friend Tej who mentioned ndiswrapper, which makes windows driver load in Linux. People for thous who worked most of the time in Windows like OS and making ndiswrapper work is a major work. I took some idea regarding ndiswrapper from Tej who is my Linux guru and started installing it out.

Steps I took to make it work.

Step 1: Downloaded source from the link:ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/
Step 2: Compile the source code with the help of documentaion (INSTALL) with the source.
- make
- sudo make install
step 3: Install windows driver

What is this now?
"If you already have your device working in Windows you can try that driver. Open the device manager and find the name of the .sys driver file listed for the device. You need the .sys file and the .inf file. To find the .inf file search in the \Windows\inf\ directory for a file containing the name of the .sys file. You will need to do an advanced search to search for text within the files. Now use the ‘ndiswrapper’ tool to install the driver with "

It was great time finding them in windows.

ndiswrapper -i filename.inf

Expected result after this operation:
This copies all necessary files to /etc/ndiswrapper and creates the config files for your card. After installing you can run ndiswrapper -l to see the status of your installed drivers. If you have installed the correct driver you should see something like this
bcmwl5: driver installed
device (14E4:4320) present

Where ‘present’ means that you have a card that can be used with the driver installed. In this case, broadcom driver bcmwl5 is used. If you see ‘cannot locate lspci. Unable to see if hardware is present’, you need to install the pciutils package.
If you get something like
bcmwl5: driver installed
device (14E4:4320) present (alternate driver: bcm43xx)
then you / kernel may use bcm43xx module for that device. If that module is loaded, then ndiswrapper wouldn’t be able to use that device;

If you get “alternate driver” information, such as,
bcmwl5 : driver installed
device (14E4:4320) present (alternate driver: bcm43xx)
then the kernel may load bcm43xx instead of ndiswrapper to initialize the device. If you want to use ndiswrapper, you must unload the alternate driver (in this case bcm43xx)
e.g., ‘rmmod bcm43xx.

Still could not find a solution.
Now search for some more document to make it working.

I like linux very much. Its long time when I thought to install Linux. The only one partition in my laptop stopped me from installing it. Even I could not partition the drive, the problem how I will take backup of my data. The external drive I had was of 60GB and I require 100GB.

I had an external hard drive with me. Some one had told me we can install OS in that. We had two flavors of linux distributions(Fedora 7 and Ubuntu 7). Sad part of it is both could not detect the external drive which mad me skip the idea of installing linux in my external drive. It may be the problem that my drive was partitioned in NTFS. I don't know is this the actual reason but things did not go well and I failed to install Linux with my external drive.

The idea of installing Linux got some hop when my friend brought an external drive which has the capacity to hold my data(160GB drive). Me and my friend sat together decided to try installing Linux in internal drive. We took the backup from the drive and formated the drive. With the help of re installation CD which cam with my laptop, installed windows first.

Now the thing is which flavor try with(Fedora 7 or Ubuntu 7). To be frank I did not used both of them to make choice between them. Fedora known as developer friendly and Ubuntu which is known as user friendly. I had windows for my normal operation, so opted to go for fedora.

We could install fedora but end result was not a fruitful one, now kernel is not loading. I don't know whether it is a problem with hardware or hard drive(as some people say) what ever it mad me to try with Ubuntu. The end result was better then fedora, after installation I could boot in my system the sad part of it was windows failed to boot(some dll is missing.)

When fedora was not loading I need just install Ubuntu but this is now windows if i need to install windows I have to install both. It's bit confusing why windows doing like that, may be their marketing idea.

I expected Ubuntu to support all my hardware. I am using dell and now dell supports Ubuntu. Very sad no wireless drivers for Linux. In mailing list they say it is possible to load windows driver in Linux. Till now I could not find any fruitful results on it. Details about that I will write in another post.

I am happy to load Linux in my laptop. It may not be as user friendly windows but you will enjoy once you start using it.

Chess competition

When did I learn chess, I find it hard to find out when I learns it. I don't mind when ever it may be now I am able to play chess, still I can not consider as a good player but I know how to play it.

In our office the event comity had arranged for chess competition, I thought why don't I participate in the competition. I think it was my right decision where I opted to participate in the competition, I am happy that I could bag runners up poison in the competition.

Competition was based on knockout rounds and it was of rapid type(every match has to be finished in half an hour). It was fun on almost every match I use to to make some mistake and wait for opponent to make some mistake. On every match opponent where making more mistake then me and I am able to win 3 rounds and reach final. Final could not follow the same mantra, he played better and could win very easily. I could not able to understand the attack he had on my rook and he got my rook way and dominated the match.

I just flashed some light on my flash back where I was college team player. I use to play in board 2 of the college team. Every time I use to fail to contribute some valuable point to team. I use to play a lots of chess on that time but use to get exited towards the match and fail to Analise the match.

After my Bsc could not play much of the chess when I was doing MCA. I lost all touch on the game and no rhythm on the strategy on the game. I got an opportunity after a long time where I am able to participate in a chess competition where I am able to find runners up position.

I am missing Firefox

I like firefox. From some time I am using this tool to browse Internet,I think it is almost a year now. In this period I could find a lot good useful Plug-in's and I have good number of bookmarks in this.

The plug-in's help me to take notes using google notebook or zoho notebook, youtube down loader etc which I find useful to browse and gather information.

Recently I had installed latest version of Firefox Gran Paradiso Alpha which had been released for testing and to help developer to come up with their products for the version. One of the good thing I found on their installer which identify all plug-ins previously installed in older version I have and identify which of them support this new version. If present version does not support then it try to find latest version from Internet. I am not able to use for long it was crashing every now and then. So I moved back to older version of firefox.

The firefox update regularly with the fixes as software update. I found that firefox had downloaded a latest software update and installed it. But the effect can only reflects once firefox restarts. On that particular moment I was buffering some youtube vedio so I could not restart firefox. After some hours I found firefox eating up my CPU by 50% and not allowing me to do any other operation. I thought it be in some unresolvable stage and restarted the application. When I restarted the firefox I am really in a trouble now, I can not use firefox for internet browsing, yes it is not connecting to Internet.

I think it may be a problem with the software update but I can not go back to older version of the software too. I thought I will reinstall and it will work fine, but no help from that operation too.

Now I find only one way where I have to uninstall it and try installing fresh copy hope it will solve my problem. when I use other browser(Safari)I am missing a good number of features which I was using in firefox.

This article was present on 14th july DECCAN HERALD. The article is based on the prime minister Manmohon's critics on high salaries paid to corporate executive.

The parentage of very rich is increased drastically in resent years. PM has cautioned that these high difference are bad for our society. For PM's statement writer SL Rao answered as “He ignored the shortage of trained and experience executives global demand for them and bitter competition for their services”.

I am impressed a lot from the writers statement on PM's critics. India could not provide quality man power in the market. This is a basic principle of economy the supply of commodity inversely propositional to its price. Price increase when there is a downfall in the supply or price decrease when there supply is abandon.

India could not put forward quality man power(the number we required) which intern facing a competition to hire best for the cost of higher payment.

The Government need to start working towards providing opportunity for research, better produce quality manpower in the market. Government need to stop just to show concern towards salary but is has to start working with industries to empower the Indian quality resource.

This is my review towards the article. I would appreciate if some one give inputs on the topics. I am writing a mail on this review to the witter.

Ravi thanks for the comment on my 'why communication is important' post. I am great to you for your constant support and valuable suggestions.

I use to talk a lot with Ravi from my college days. He is the one I use to admire more for his communication. If I go back and try to fishing on my flash back, I can find the days when I use to imitate Ravi the days when I was in my college. I don't know how difficult he would have been to understand what I was talking. It may be not since we normally use more native language for our communication.

Some people able to understand what we say but it does not mean we have good communication. People like me how talks some one who translate the things from his native and put forward. The transportation the sentence from my native to English makes me place my sentence with wrong semantics or usage with respect to the language. People who got the strong hold on both language will not do the mistake but able to understand what I meant to say. But people who think in English and put forward the sentence find it difficult to follow what I say.

So we can not expect every one should able to understand what we say, we need to start think in English instead of in native and translate it to English. It is very important that we should be able to make others understand what we meant to say.

I was working on my writing skill from sometime, I am improving as tortoise walk. It is very important to have a good communication skill. I thought It is ok if we have it to make others to understand. It never had mad me think I am not up to the mark. It may be because I never had opportunity to interact to someone continually who has very good communication skill.

Rahul who I met when I entered my professional life. He is working in that company from past 4 years. There may be a lot of people who have a very good communication skill but I have an opportunity to talk with him for more than year till now and could study a lot every day. He has a very different quality where he can convince someone just with his communication skill he has. He has a ability to talk on any topic without any preparation.

It is long time now I am talking to him. Initially we use to talk about some interesting problems. Then moved ahead with business concept and industry concepts. I never noticed myself that I don't have ability to put forward the things in right way.

Lot of time I used analysis the things I had talked, I started to feel he is not interested to here our explanation or not interested to talk on the topics I was talking. I just sat and analysis for some days. However it was a greater wrong interpretation I belie. I could make out what went wrong there, its mater of communication. He was finding it difficult to interpret what I meant to talk. Whenever I talk, I translate things from my local language and translate it to English. This lead to place my talks in a wrong perspective. Normally he find it difficult to understand what I meant.

Introduction:
The story starts with messenger boy(Harvey Metcalfe) on the New York Stock Exchange and moved on by narrating how he become billionaire. I just thought the book is going to be about boy who was a messenger in stock exchange and become a billionaire. I got confused when they where narrated their story in five pages and I started wondering what is next.

The story continue by introduction of four characters(Stephen,Robin,Jean Pierre,James) who where invested huge money on Harvey Metcalfe company and expected to get a good profit in the market. It turned out to be disaster when stock price fall down and they lost every thing. They formed a team and decided to get every penny from Harvey using their master planes.

Its a good book and nicely written. Its my first Jeffrey Archer book I had read and like it. I need to thank Rahul for suggesting this book which is worth to read.

Its around 4 hours journey to my native place. In my journey I need to three service bus transportation to reach my native.

I got up morning 6.00 but it was raining heavily with a strong breeze, I waited for sometime and left from the room at 7. In the rain I find it difficult to carry umbrella, I normally forget it or find it difficult to know where to keep it once it get wet. When I was in the bus I decided instead of holding in hand I opted keep it below the seat where I was seated.

I thought the place I opted for my wet umbrella is very good one since I can find it when I am going get down from the bus. After sometime I just thought I will have a look at my umbrella, it was nice decision to have a look at it since it had moved around from the place. I thought it would be better to keep my leg on some part of the umbrella to stay where I kept. I was sleeping(it is my normal nature to sleep will traveling) I thought someone is trying to pull my umbrella, I just looked around to know who is trying to do so. I found someone is trying to pull my umbrella from there to give it to someone, I told him it is my umbrella. What actually happened was someone got down from the bus, and he find that he did not took his umbrella, he asked to someone in bus to get his umbrella. The person in the bus looked around, and find my umbrella laying in the floor, I don't know why he thought giving my umbrella but it is my day that I had kept my foot on some part of my umbrella.

I was just started thinking what would have happened if I would have been lost the umbrella, how to get out of bus because it rain's outside. Suddenly someone's hand came and hit my face where my spectacle fall down, thank god my spectacle did not got broke. The person was standing there and he was unintended to hit my face.

Whatever I think it was my day, where I could escape from the problems which would have been caused me. Some people call it as luck and some call it as coincident what so ever it, the things happened did not caused me any trouble. I just continued my journey keeping my foot on a part of umbrella and spectacle on my bag.

Why all not able think alike. Its very common observation where some solve certain problem very easily. What make them to do so? The answer is lateral thinking.

Some people think certain subject totally in a different perspective then the others, what make them so? Everyone grown up in a different style. As an individual he/she had handled the situations in his/her on way. The knowledge gained from their experience make them to stand different from others.

As people become more experienced they approach the problem in a better way. One can only polish his/her quality they cannot change it completely. People normally say "hay he solved the problem very easily", I think it is where he/she got exposed or got experience which make them to do so. It is not mean that others don't have exposed, their experience is to handle other some sorts of problems.

I decided to list all quality I have and work on polish on required one to be more productive. Everything is a part of learning process, life is a best teacher keep learning from it.

This weekend I had been in my native. My brother had bought a new Nikon D40x single-lens-reflex(SLR) digital camera.

I had used some ordinary digital camera but it is first time I am using SLR based one. I find it interesting to work with that. On ordinary digital camera at the maximum you can change the zoom level, but here it is lots to know and to set in SLR.

I started to play with it for a will then I find it difficult to make any thing from them. I read the catalog of to get the description for the options they provide. Then started by taking one after the other to find the different s in the quality of photos taken.

Brother told there are lot of settings need to be done to find a very good picture out of it, to use as a beginner auto is the best one , then learn one by one options and start using them.

This a known as entry level camera for beginners I don't know how difficult it will be as it go further. But what ever I enjoyed taking snaps in Nikon D40x.

When we think of some successful person it is normal tendency that we talk a lot about his success, dream he had and lots more(what not we talk about him). Do any one know how he made it? How he could get right dream(or chose right interest) how he converted it to reality and terned out to be a successful individual?

I got very confuse my self and I am wondering with a lots of questions in my mind. I don't able to get right solution to all of them. I think it is a hidden talent one has or the quality which makes him to stand different from others.

Today I had an opportunity to debate on the topic. There where around 6 or 7 people who we where talking and this topic came out. I found that every one telling people need to have dream which he need to realize it and it can be done by every individual. I just started put forward the questions in my mind which where against every ones opening. I am sad that I could not able to get to conclusion but I am happy that I got an idea what normally people think about the dream.

I am in a confused mind. I am not able to do what I need to do or what I meant to do. It is very easy to talk about a lot of big things but to execute it is very difficult.

I noticed my self that I get interested by findings what I meat with, but I am not able to continue with that to make it success. I think I fail my self which I actually need to select.

I decided to get back to basic. Do a study on my self to find out what actually I want to become?, what I want to do? then plane my self how to proceed with.

I agree that it is not a easy task, I am going to work on my one of the bad quality where I retain my interest on a topic for certain number of days. I think I need to work a lot to select what I passion about and maintain interest on that there after.

This was the book I had read last week. I like Sidney Sheldon novels, so expected a lot from this book. I am sad that the novel could met my expectation.

It was holiday for office today, morning I started reading this. I don't know how I am able to complete book in a day. Normally I take some number of days to complete the book.

It is a really a interesting book to read. Author has put the content very nicely.

This book tells the story of a Spanish Shepard named Santiago. Along the way Santiago experiences many hardships that make obtaining his "Personal Legend" difficult, but Santiago learns the way of the world and this helps during his quest of obtaining his "Personal Legend." Santiago's journey to obtain his "Personal Legend" was a long road in which he met many people and most importantly learned a lot about himself.

When I was a student I use to watch a lot of movies, but after entering my professionals field I stooped going for movies. This was friends who forced me to go for a super hit Kannada movie "mungaru male". I expected a lot from this movie since I was going to watch a movie from a long time, the last movie I had seen was Doom2, it was a big disaster to go for it.

I was very impressed by movie in first half of it, a good acting from Ganesh. But second half I can only say it is satisfactory. I feel movie story as created to make a movie not real. I don't have any comments on its ending, after all it is a movie.

As a whole it is a good movie and good for watching one time. But I still fined strange to know that the movie is so popular. It is a good acting from Ganesh and good take in jog. One more good thing I liked was story he makes using a rabbit known as Devadas.

Every one have their own taste and likes, so it is my likes and my thinking. If some one want to put their comment on this movie you are most welcome.

Progress I made

It was time where I observed my self as a silent spectator and kept listing what ever I found it was a mistake from my side and places es where I need to work more.

Now normally I prepare my self to talk and list some topics what others like. I like as a whole process it is really interesting where I list a lot of good interesting things what other like to talk.

I think I need to go a long way its a just beginning. I need to work lot to make every thing as a normal one.

I met one of a known person whom I never expected to be in my place, I am very sad that I could not talk in a good way, I suppose to talk it was my mistake I could not able to do it. I think every thing does not follows after a good preparation where I need to work more.
